SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! This place is a scam they tell you they accept your insurance then ask you for your medicaid number over text so unprofessional not a real business rude and nasty needs to be shut down and reported do not go there its a scam

Worst experience in my life after my medicaid approved the work I needed done. They tried to convince me to choose to go with another lab that they work with so I can pay over $800 out of pocket. Telling me that their inside work was not guaranteed to come out the way I wanted. They told me it wouldn’t be the color I wanted or fit the way it should she literally spoke horribly about her own business just to get money out of me for something my insurance already approved. This is the worst dentist facility. My mother who is 77 years old, had an appointment for 9:30AM. She was told that when she arrives, she has to stay outside and text the office to let them know she is there. My mother got there at 9:15AM, she texted and called a few times, and got no response at all. She waited for over 45 minutes and never got any response and ended leaving.

Can’t make an appointment over the phone without giving them your insurance info. They don’t even ask for your name, don’t offer any appointment dates, just want your insurance. Not professional at all, seems very untrustworthy

She had me sit on clear trash bags instead of surgical paper and also had trash bags over other things in the office that I could see after seeing their rating. I decided to no longer be a patient there in fear that I would be hurt on my first first appointment. She threatened to scratch my lip, if I didn’t stop flinching
