I am writing to formally document a distressing experience I had during my dental appointment on 6/24/2026 with Guilford family dentistry During the procedure, I felt that the dentist’s behavior was highly unprofessional and intimidating. While my mouth was numb and I was unable to move properly, she yelled at me for not biting a bite guard correctly. Did good job with teeth cleaning, another time went for emergency service…got me in same day for x-ray & referral to oral surgeon. Happy with all. 5-Star!
I’ve had the absolute best experience here! About a year ago I went to another place and it really felt like an assembly line. I had partial upper teeth removal and from tbe dentist, to the Oral surgeon, it just felt so impersonal and mechanical. I had complications that were ignored and brushed off. I know Guilford Family Dentist has a lot of bad reviews, but my personal experience with their office has been great so far. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. See and her assistant are amazing at what they do and have made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m looking forward to my final results!
I am on Medicaid and new to Greensboro. I needed to see a dentist, the few listed in the area never responded, but Guilford Dentistry texted immediately after I left a voicemail, even worked me in the next morning. I was scared after reading reviews, but my experience was truly EXCELLENT. I’d like to address Google complaints that made me scared: Pre-visit paperwork: Only one clipboard and one sharpie to pass around. They use it like a write & wipe board. Thats eco-friendly, people!
