I don’t get why people are saying the receptionist is rude. Just got off the phone with her and she was so sweet. She gave me different resources to utilize and really explained everything to me very well! I could not be more happy with the customer service, I had to come write a review because of this!
Honestly, that was not my experience. Stephanie was very profesional and helpful to me when I called. She really surpassed my expectations. I am more than satisfied. The only regret I have is that there are only five stars not more.
I would give zero stars if it was an option! Receptionist was extremely rude to my wife over the phone as she tried to make an appointment. She decided not to go to her appointment for this particular reason. Do better!
