I've been a member here for 8 + years. I'm 46 years old. The Energy and Support of the Members and Coaches is exceptional. Clint, like so many from this community, has become a close friend of mine. I love to shut my brain off and work and sweat my butt off. If I am laying on the ground at the end of the workout, I know I have won the day. It happens every time. GAC has been great!! The workouts are good and the people are always helpful. It really feels like a team environment where everyone looks out for everyone. Highly recommend!
Since I started going to GAC and doing crossfit a few months ago I have already started to see such big improvements in my mental health and in my physical strength. Working out has helped build my mental toughness and resilience with challenging yet rewarding and fun workouts. Physically I feel and look so much stronger and healthier.
