I can’t say enough good things about Guilford Athletic Center! This is such a welcoming space with coaches who are knowledgeable and approachable. I really enjoyed joining classes all week while I was visiting from out of town. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Guilford!
A gym with a purpose. The space is impressive and open, with ample workout space and equipment. Clint is the man and I appreciate what he does for our youth and local community members.
I've been a member here for 8 + years. I'm 46 years old. The Energy and Support of the Members and Coaches is exceptional. Clint, like so many from this community, has become a close friend of mine. I love to shut my brain off and work and sweat my butt off. If I am laying on the ground at the end of the workout, I know I have won the day. It happens every time.
