I took my 37" tv into Guilds for repair, because it would not turn on. I dropped it off on Jan 2, and got an estimate of 120.00 to repair it. I told them i would be in on the 15th to pick it up because thats when i got paid. I called on the 15th, and asked if it was ready. The owner told me it wasnt ready, and they hadn't bought the parts yet. I asked why, since they had had it for 2 weeks. He proceeded to scream at me, and said i was out of line for asking such a question. He told me he would look for parts and call me back... read more
