Whomever was at the front desk on Nov 22 at 11:30am needs to be fired ASAP. Very disinterested helping the public, and projects an severe attitude. Wasn't even aware of what kind of services the clinic offers cleared posted on the website and made it seem like I was at the wrong place. An embarrassment use of tax payer funds keeping her servicing the public.

Pathetic service . I just called in for a query and the lady who answered the call, probably the receptionist didn’t even listen to me and hung up the call. What kind of customer service is that. So poor. If you can’t help people with their queries, u need to quit this job. This lady needs to be fired. A big 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 for this place. Worst receptionist whoever she is.
