Reception is unhelpful. Tried calling to inquire abt immunizations for my grade school children and she kept transferring me back to the switchboard. Every option available was not suitable for my question so I finally decided to choose a random option, got a nurse and she had to transfer me right back to reception. So much for recording for call quality.
I recently visited the Guildford Public Health Centre on March 20 at 10:40 AM for my baby’s immunization, and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, the nurse who administered the vaccine was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that immunizations can be a busy and stressful process, but I expected a more compassionate and respectful approach, especially when dealing with infants and concerned parents. Poor service.The staff that examine/observed the hearing of my child is rude.Seems in a rush working although there's no other on wait. No patience with her task.Very tough approach when she talk to my child that's why my child is resisting when she want to check the ear of my child.& when my child grab other toy from examination area she quickly grab it to my child saying don't play with that or else you will add another toy for me to sanitize.Un approachable as well.She is earning good..she must be pleasant to everyone.
Unaccomodating centre, care more about their working hours than children's health
The lady on the reception was not helpful at all. I’ve been waiting for the breast ultrasound since 4 months. When i got requisition from my dr I couldn’t feel any lump just the pain in my breast. But now i can feel there’s something. She did ready everything for my ultrasound. But after 15 minutes she said I need to go to my doctor again and change the requisition from pain to lump. I mean seriously. Even if this is starting to any serious illness they cannot help you unless you’re dying. No humanity. They should understand... read more
