Pathetic service . I just called in for a query and the lady who answered the call, probably the receptionist didn’t even listen to me and hung up the call. What kind of customer service is that. So poor. If you can’t help people with their queries, u need to quit this job. This lady needs to be fired. A big 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 for this place. Worst receptionist whoever she is.
Very bad service. Wasn’t ready to help. Sounded like she didn’t want to help just keep saying some irrelevant things in between
Reception is unhelpful. Tried calling to inquire abt immunizations for my grade school children and she kept transferring me back to the switchboard. Every option available was not suitable for my question so I finally decided to choose a random option, got a nurse and she had to transfer me right back to reception. So much for recording for call quality.
