I have always had a very good experience at guildford public health unit. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.
Good luck getting a call through bc health. They pick up, then hang up on you and won't call you back, so you have to waste your time calling again.
Just look at the reviews. Zero empathy. Tendency to lecture. I sense a clear misalignment between the federal and provincial mission to immunize all children and this branch. They send u back if Ure 5 mins late. But happy to make u wait if Ure early. I think there need to be some changes in personnel at the desk.
