I know I am 6 months late doing this but I have spent the better part of this time in AMC and have had 8 operations to save my left leg and foot. My doctors have told me I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for the exceptional care I received from these wonderful people. I thank each and everyone of you who took care of me on February 14th in the bank parking lot on Carman Road. Because of your care I am here today and am very grateful for this. Thank you each and everyone one of you for the job you do everyday.
