My husband and I have used Guilderland Animal Hospital for our cat that passed away in January. We are now considering bringing in a new pet to our home and Makenzie has gone out of her way to help us with suggestions and contacts of folks who breed dogs. Dr. Jennifer Haber provides great information regarding my cat, Dusty’s diagnosis. After x-rays, it was determined that Dusty has asthma. In addition, Dr. Haber showed me a video of a cat experiencing asthmatic symptoms, which helped us determine that it was asthma. I was super impressed with the spraying solution they used on a towel and blanket to reduce Dusty’s anxiety. Professional and caring Vets and Vet Techs. Patiently answer questions and take excellent care of our puppy.
We have been bringing our dogs here for years! The staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and caring. We had 2 dogs years ago (16+ years ago)... 1 saddly passed due to kidney failure the other passed at age 16 of lymphoma. The staff did everything they could to make both our pups comfortable in their final days; their compassion was greatly appreciated during that time.... Most recently our 2 newer dogs were sprayed by a skunk... They took them in right away the next day they were open and now we have happy fresh smelling dogs... read more
