Walked in right before 2pm with 3 cushions to get new foam. Guy said I would have to leave them or come back another time because the lady who cuts the foam leaves at 2. I explained that this was the only time I had and work late every night. He said let me see what I can do, he ran them back and the lady stayed a little over to get them done for me. Great customer service. New cushions are firm and feel great Would highly recommend
