Stephanie fired me after calling in because I had a medical emergency I was nearly hospitalized for, then tried to accuse me of stealing a laptop that I never took out of the office. Wouldn't recommend working for her.

I was very displeased with the service provided by Stephanie Peevey. I have had 3 great transactions with Guild over the past 5 years. I was ready to have another great experience. However, Stephanie's communication was disrespectful and short once we were under contract. I asked her if we could change the way we were communicating because it wasn't working for me. I have used Guild Mortgage once before in Logan Utah. I had such a great experience with them and thought why not use the company again? So now when it came time to buy a house in Alaska I chose to go with Guild mortgage. Let me say it was a mistake at the least! We have had so many issues throughout the process that we never had before! Now we were supposed to close on the 27 of August and that was delayed till the 1st of September.
