Kelly was absolutely fantastic to work with. When we found our dream home and needed to move quickly, she jumped into action on a Saturday to prepare an offer letter, submit our loan application, and secure our pre-approval. Her responsiveness and dedication helped us submit a strong offer on a highly competitive home with multiple bids. We are incredibly grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and committed mortgage professional.
Kelly assisted us with a number of loans, then ghosted us and put us with someone else, no explanation, no answer of texts, nothing just dropped. I don't believe that ignoring repeat clients warrants a 5 star review. I will give 3 stars for the first few mortgages she did for us, she was great and a lovely person, but minus 2 for no longer being professional enough to simply answer a text as to why she dumped us off on someone else.
