David and his team were great. The entire process was so simple and they kept me updated the entire time. Great people to work with, which is something I did not experience with any other company or team. I cannot recommend David and his team enough.
David did a great job securing my mortgage & associated things for me, the entire process was very streamlined, clear, & he explained the areas I didn't understand to me. Guild's walkthrough videos detailing each step of the mortgage process were also helpful.
David was patient, explained everything clearly and was very personable! He was always available and responded quickly to emails and always seemed to be available to answer his phone. 100% would recommend him without any reservations.
