Kathy was excellent; she was friendly, professional, responded quickly, and talked to and treated me like a human. Jeff ignored all my emails and communication unless my realtor intervened - then he responded. He would respond to my emails only after I sent 2-3 emails and even then his response was brief and without detail. Our initial first conversation was good and he was friendly, once the process started I was pushed to the back and treated as if important. I used Stacy for my loan to buy my house. She was so great and helpful. She kept in contact and always answered questions I had. Would recommend her to anyone!

I called Eric to get pre approved, he was helping at first and then he completely ghosted me. I haven't heard from him since but he did run my credit again after I had reached out to him providing documents he requested. Extremely frustrating and rude to just never get a response back. this is not how you treat people.
