They hardly answer the phone and do not know the protocol for closing on a home. They go one step at a time as requested by the underwriters. Until the underwriters ask for something they have no idea it needs to be done. No one knew my purchase would require the well water to be tested until after my 5th missed closing date. They refuse biweekly or extra payments and send out tons of junk and fraudulent mail. I can not wait to refinance and get away from these people

You never get a phone call from Joey, everything is done via email or text. If you call you might get lucky enough to talk to Lyn, his assistant. Our experience was absolutely horrible with them. From preapproval to closing it took us about EIGHTY DAYS to finally secure our new home. There were a couple of different closing dates given and every time "something came up" that needed to be done.
