Please do yourself a favor and do not use Guild Mortgage. Our buyers tried to use Guild to purchase our house and because of the incompetence, dishonesty, and pure laziness the sale almost didn’t happen. The only reason the sale was accomplished was because the buyers ended up going with a different lending company. Just with this one poorly executed attempt at funding the buyers it almost screwed up the purchase of 4 houses because of the chain reaction. these guys are amazing definitely let them help you out! Brett and his team were absolutely fantastic working so hard for to get my loan. Buying a home is so stressful and makes you think you are going to lose your mind but they made me feel like I was their number one priority. they always answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was a hassle. Definitely work with Guild Bret and Ronna is who I worked with they were great made sure we had everything ready to go very polite just all around great ppl They will help you with anything and everything you need.
