Kathy and her team recently helped my husband and I buy our first home. Kathy explained the application process thoroughly and answered all of my questions which put me at ease. Ashley was amazing to work with, as well. She communicated with me regularly about all of the documents she needed and was quick to respond to any questions that I had. Kathy really knows her stuff! The ins and the outs of this business, the scenarios that would and would not work, the things that that would improve your chances and the things that would tank you if you didn't listen. She's definitely an ace! You'll be in good hands. She'll be upfront and honest and invested in your success! Aaand she's also willing to field panicked questions at odd hours of the day... (although she might file your number under the "high maintenance" category).
Kathy Volkman and her entire team have been nothing but amazing to work with during the home buying process. They made my first time home buying experience so easy and smooth.
