We worked with Greg Mattern in Denver. Greg is a talented home finance advisor and a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to craft several options for home finance, allowing us to choose one that best suited our family’s needs. He took the time to explain confusing terminology in a way that helped us understand the advantages and disadvantage ls of each option. I’d recommend him to anyone.
Karen's team is amazing. They can work with all kinds of buyers on all kinds of timelines and Guild has some very comforting solutions to our current high interest rates.
Erin and Julia were amazing. Very responsive and personable. They turned a potentially stressful process for a first time home buyer into a seamless experience.
