Brandt was very responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. In a somewhat complex buying situation, Brandt was patient and willing to explore all of the options that were available to us and get us into a home that we could afford, even in a trying time to purchase a home. I just recently refinanced my house with Brandt through Guild and was so impressed with how professional and easy Brandt made the process. The refinance process could have been so much more difficult due to the fact I did not buy a house in Oregon and Brandt made the appraisal process and close out process so easy. Brandt was very responsive and professional through the refinance process.
