Bait and switch shop. Was told my loan would remain with guild. It did not. They sold it to penny mac a month after cloaing. They told me I qualified for the MCU program and 321 program but a few weeks prior to closing I was told I will not get these programs. It was already too late to find a new loan officer by this point as my closing was within a week.
