The Guild team did a good job of processing my loan. The one thing that I had an issue with is that i was promised a rate that Guild didn't deliver upon switching to their company. Although I understand the market can be volatile I am a person that stands by my word and unfortunately this wasn't the case with this group. Overall it was a decent experience.
I'm a first time home buyer and was a little stressed with a lot of questions as this was a huge purchase for me. Fortunately Donnie and his team put me at ease and answered so many questions that I had I almost felt bad. Fortunately they seemed used to it and had all the right answers.
