Use to be a great place for vulnerable adults now just seem like they don’t care been on the program for like 2 in a half years case worker don’t respond only when they tryna build they resume only thing they help with was housing been homeless 2 months now

This program is a joke. Don't expect this program to help you in anyway. They will set you up in a house, make late payments, don't keep in contact with landlords and to top it off leave you with the financial dept after because they abruptly stop paying for you rent and utilities due to "changes in there policy". We have had our worker switched over 4 times which causes another 2 months of no contact and financial support. Guild places families in rentals they can not afford and that they do not qualify to live in with other housing programs. They end services abruptly resulting in evictions for the families causing homelessness. The staff fails to support the clients, ignoring calls, emails and their needs. Guild makes promises to clients they do not intent to keep. This company should be shut down.
