I started going to Guidry physical therapy fall of 2017. Soon after I started going, my insurance changed and I told the doctor and front desk about it. I specifically told them to cancel my next couple of appointments until it got worked out and their response was to keep my appointments and if they weren't able to accommodate my insurance, I would not be billed. Well, one year later and I have collection agents hounding me, and it has negatively affected my credit bureau report.
I enjoy going there staff is great and very very helpful. They know what they’re doing there! Keep up the good work👍🏻
