Customer service is top notch, my husband gets his hair cut here but this is about my experience, I got starbucks and needed to use a restroom, theirs was not usable (very dirty) , I walked past and saw that Guidos had a restroom sign, I walked in and Lisa greeted me with the warmest welcome and showed me to their restroom without hesitation. She was beyond kind and super sweet. I really cant say enough about the customer service and kindness at this barbershop. Plus they give great haircuts!

I like Mr. Guido's professional approach to men's grooming. I usually make an appointment and am really satisfied with my Cali barber. There are 2 locations near the capitola mall.

I got my hair trimmed and didn't realize that it's completely crooked, until after I washed it. My boyfriend was the first to point out that it looks awful and I should go back to get it fixed (not going to do such, because my hair would probably end up looking even worse). Big waste of money (I even tipped well, which in retrospect I feel stupid for doing).

Sean has been cutting my hair for a few years. He’s so kind and knows just how I like it. Call in to book or just show up. I always wait for Sean. With prices skyrocketing all around, I’m so glad they’ve kept an affordable haircut ($30) which leaves room for a nice tip.
