Michael and Hector led our window installation. Both did a very good job. Hector managed quality control. The result was we have windows precisely installed and sealed. Love the windows. Just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had getting my windows replaced by Guido Replacements. Dennis in sales was great. Luis and Juan did a fantastic job doing the install and Michael Moise the field operations super was great when we ran in to a minor snag one day with extra supplies. I’ve taken on several major projects for my home over the years, but this is the first time I’ve worked with a company that has not merely handed me off to a sub-contractor, but remained involved throughout the installation process and even after completion.
