Horrible Customer service. Called in about Hardwire and concrete. She hung up because she asked me a question and I did not understand. I took too long to answer. she had too many things going on. I called back and she continued to be disrespectful. I will not do business with a disrespectful person. She said she was the owner. You just don't treat people that way. If you can't deal with everything let the answering machine pickup or hire staff.
