Very accommodating.
This clinic has been such a positive and supportive place. The therapists are insightful, professional, and truly committed to helping you grow and heal. But what really sets this place apart is the atmosphere, thanks to Joumana and Carol at the front desk who are always welcoming, kind, and incredibly organised. They make every visit feel comfortable and stress-free, and their genuine care for clients doesn’t go unnoticed. You can tell they love what they do, and it really shines through. Can’t recommend this clinic enough!
My wife and I are feeling betrayed and let down by Guidong Light. Our son missed more sessions than he had with his psychologist, and tonight our psychologist told us this was her last session as she is leaving. No one bothered to let us know ahead of time, so we could organise another psychologist. How is this even acceptable?? Sorry's don't go far when no attempt was made to contact us at all. The first day I called Guiding Light Psychology I was met with Carol, she was so calm and reassuring and booked me in with Mounir as a matter of urgency. Fast forward to today where I have been seeing Mounir for over a year and have finally found my match in a psychologist. It’s quite hard to find someone who just gets the circumstances in your life and is genuinely helpful in their approach.
