Love the staff! They are all so very kind and understanding! They actually listen to you and work with you to find the right treatment not just push a bunch of meds on you. 10 out of 10 recommended!
They denied a follow up appointment to an established suicidal patient due to a $90 balance owed. The patient thought they were only 1 copay behind due to their billing office sending a bill for 2 sessions in one repeat email. When the patient told them that they could not pay until the following month due to financial issues as the patient is on disability, they were told it was not an excuse as everyone is having financial issues. The nurse practitioner and entire office staff are very kind and always made me feel comfortable. They listened to my concerns and were very helpful in scheduling appointments.
Amazing place and amazing people, truly the best! Laura is phenomenal and everyone on staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always on top of everything!
