I’ve had Kristin for four years and in the past year the quality of care has really gone downhill. She used to be decent in person, but she’s always seemed to struggle with online calls. Around two years ago, my therapy got switched to online. Since then, it hasn’t really been great. She always seems uninterested during the 30 minute sessions, and is always last minute cancelling and rescheduling. She also tends to be late to almost every appointment. UPDATE 2: after months of sending emails and asking for my records, they were finally delivered to me. If you’re having trouble getting your records from this psychiatrist do not give up. You have the right to your records and they cannot be legally withheld from you. UPDATE: they have reached out and called me, and are telling me they will not release my medical records because of an outstanding balance on my account. Which is illegal. I repeatedly asked Kristin Aguado for testing and we made no progress for several months. Just asking the same generic questions and would say we would do it but never did. There was next to no communication, canceled appointments and wouldn't tell me, didn't show up on appointments, and took her over a month to fill out forms that would take an hour. came to Kristen after positive reviews. I had initial concerns from sloppy intake forms, which were poorly, and often incorrectly, formatted for the types of information being requested. I pushed through that and through an initial couple costly appointments without any progress because of the positive reviews, and figured this was just part of working with a new healthcare provider.
