If I could leave a zero star I would. I have been dealing with people here that are so inept and should not even be in business. I see there’s a lot of really low reviews, I couldn’t even get my mother seen at guiding light because of the shit show of paperwork and online BS they make you jump through and all the forms you have to fill out and then you fill them all out and then they say you haven’t filled them out properly and they can’t be processed. I’ve had Kristin for four years and in the past year the quality of care has really gone downhill. She used to be decent in person, but she’s always seemed to struggle with online calls. Around two years ago, my therapy got switched to online. Since then, it hasn’t really been great. She always seems uninterested during the 30 minute sessions, and is always last minute cancelling and rescheduling. She also tends to be late to almost every appointment. UPDATE 2: after months of sending emails and asking for my records, they were finally delivered to me. If you’re having trouble getting your records from this psychiatrist do not give up. You have the right to your records and they cannot be legally withheld from you. UPDATE: they have reached out and called me, and are telling me they will not release my medical records because of an outstanding balance on my account. Which is illegal.
