I absolutely love the staff at Guidewell. And at the top of that list is Miss Jodilyn! She is so attentive and really genuinely cares about her patients. I HIGHLY recommend Guidewell.
Took me years to find a doctor that would take me seriously and since seeing Dr holtz and Shopmyer and most staff so kind they have helped me achieve things I never thought I would again thanks so much to u all
My appt was at 3 I checked in 15-20 mins before , asked was I checked in because people that walked in after me were called back FRONT DESK SAID ITS ONLY 3:10, I dont care what time it is I didnt ask that because if a patient is 10-15 mins late the are ready to reschedule or cancel you. Im in healthcare as well so I get appts run over but 30 mins or people arriving late but people on time should be seen at their time and late arriving people seen accordingly yet. Only about 50% of my appointments go right. It took me 3 times to get my prescription changed, that's 9 months because I have to go in every 3months to renew it. The times I went the person taking my vitals would actually argue with me about where it was going ( like I dont know where I'm physically going to get it. ) Half the time they don't even call it in to the pharmacy so I have to call them again and again....just like today I'm going to have to call them for a second day in a row to put it in even though my appointmen... read more
