Only about 50% of my appointments go right. It took me 3 times to get my prescription changed, that's 9 months because I have to go in every 3months to renew it. The times I went the person taking my vitals would actually argue with me about where it was going ( like I dont know where I'm physically going to get it. ) Half the time they don't even call it in to the pharmacy so I have to call them again and again....just like today I'm going to have to call them for a second day in a row to put it in even though my appointmen... read more
I like Jodi and Teresa the APRNs. I get good care here
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I have been going here for 5 years seeing Jodi Holz. She has been nothing but kind to me, and they are always able to work me into the schedule with a close appointment (sometimes the same day) when I have an urgent need. The staff have always been courteous to me, although sometimes the receptionists act a bit distracted when you speak with them but I assume that is because they have a lot of patients and are working their hardest to make the office run smoothly. I wish I could give it zero stars. My husband had an evening appointment on a Thursday. The NP was sweet and amazing however THE FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS A YOU KNOW WHAT! she yelled at as my husband was leaving he herd her talking badly about him! She’s very lucky I wasn’t there present with him. She came in his exam room to yell at him about his check in paperwork not being done yet (he was trying the site was glitching and not allowing him to press continue). They need to get a grip. The crew at Guidewell Primary Care have been amazing. Billie, the reception desk, Terrisha, and Dr Schopmeyer continue to work hand and hand with me and my son setting us up as new patients, making sure we have everything we need. I'm so grateful for their kindness, hard work, and care!
