The wait was short, the facility clean and welcoming, and the staff was kind and professional!
Excellent doctors and team. Thorough, professional, kind and caring. They have everything there so it’s convenient as it’s a one stop “shop”. They’re also all working in ER environments so definitely a huge plus. Unfortunately I must edit my review as my 14 month old son got misdiagnosed and we were told he had an ear infection and were given antibiotics for it. 2 days later we ended up at the ER, did a full viral infection testing and he ended up having adenoravirus, in addition to 2 molars coming out. While traveling for work, I recently experienced an asthma attack like I’ve never had before. Terrified and alone, Dr Maxwell and his team were able to identify my issues and help ease my symptoms and anxiety. I was absolutely blessed to be at GuideWell (per the advice of my uber driver, whom I owe a )…. I am finally home and recovering in my own bed thanks to all of the help and support from that team.
The doctor was so nice and helpful. I was seen quickly and in a timely manner. They did all the testing I needed right at the place. They also had someone help me schedule after care that I needed.
