Excellent Care! All the staff were very friendly and efficient. They took really good care of me from start to finish and I'm so glad I opted to go there over the ER! Many thanks to everyone at Guidewell on Missouri Ave, FL.
Never again. Bad experience because employees were uninformed as to what specialists were available that day. After waiting over an hour, with my father in a lot of pain, we were told that we couldn’t be helped. Went to Mortant Plant emergency and was seen and out the door in the same amount of time it took to be told at Guidewell they could not help us.

Made an appointment on a Sunday and my husband couldn't have gotten better care. We were in and out in under 3 hours. Staff was all very knowledgeable and polite. Very clean facility, easy to find with plenty of parking. Much better than going to a hospital ER. Dr. Nightingale is wonderful as was everyone else!
Friendly efficient professional AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . Also, I was seen within 15 minutes of my entry.
