Such a fantastic group here. I was seen on time. Dr. was very patient and listened- not only to the physical pain but also to my emotional stress! Both were addressed. If I could come here for primary care I sure would. Much Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Vandewater, Krismarie and staff.
Everyone was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! I came in with a problem and left with a solution! The service from the person answering the phone, the front desk staff, other support staff, and Doctor could not have been better. Absolutely Carlos!
My daughter went to the GuideWell in Kissimmee after a potential head injury. The nurse/medical assistant entered the room and told my daughter to “cut the call”!!! My daughter was speaking to me about the visit. When my daughter asked about the discharge instructions that were handed to her without instruction, the employee all of a sudden couldn’t speak English!!
