Had another amazing experience at Guide Well. Had a bit of a scary thing occur and they handled me quickly, did test and set my mind at ease. They followed up helping me get a referral, this service was greatly appreciated. Dr Katie is amazing and I really appreciate her help!
Always thorough and professional. I have been there several times and the treatment and care were excellent and spot on.
My son was seen on a weekend when his pediatrician’s office was closed. He had an eye infection and the providers were wonderful, we were able to receive an antibiotic same day. As a medical professional myself, I cannot stress enough how great it is they staff with EM physicians. This is not usually the case in urgent care, even in hospital-owned UCs. We had a slight issue with billing and Jessica was extremely diligent in helping us resolve it! Thank you!
