Everyone at this facility did an awesome job. They were caring , professional, as well as knowledgable.The front desk people were very personable, the nurse was very professional and Dr Faza was a life saver!! I have not received this great level of care anywhere. He was throrough and caring and took time to dignose me . I am thankful for Guidewell urgent care.
Let me just so incredibly impressed with this location! I called in on a time crunch and they were able to get me in and out. Everyone greeted me with a smile and was very accommodating. Also, this location is very CLEAN and smells clean. Thanks you to all and the kind faces that greeted me! Ebony, Amanda, Kierra !!!!!!
After making a same day appointment, I went to the North Dale Mabry location. It was a great experience. The amount of time it took to see the doctor and get x-rays was a fraction of the time I have spent at other places. They staff was wonderful and professional.
We came in on Saturday after my son broke his arm and saw Dr Matt Fucarino. He was great as was everyone else. He offered a prescription for the pain which we declined. However we realized we wrong to decline it as my son was up all night in extreme pain. I called Sunday morning to see if they could call in a prescription.
