I was treated at Guidewell yesterday. From the minute you walk in the door you know that you are in a professional, medical facility, dedicated to patient care. From a blood draw, to a CT scan, to an informative and thoughtful consultation with the Dr.; my experience was exceptional. So much so, that I studied their website today and learned that their emphasis is on patient care as opposed to simple profit and it shows. HORRIBLE Experience Today: I just wanted to give everyone a head's up about the horrible experience I had today at the Guidewell Walk-In Clinic at 1425 4th Street North (close to Downtown). I've gone to this clinic a few times and I've had nothing but an excellent experience. The doctor is EXCELLENT! However, the "head nurse" has a seriously unprofessional attitude and should not be dealing with patients (short guy with dark hair in a ponytail).
