I went to a GuideWell urgent care a day and a half after badly injuring my ankle during a soccer game. Front staff pleasant. Upon leaving multiple staff members (even ones I hadn’t interacted with while there) told me they hoped I felt better soon, which was surprising in a good way. Took about half hour to be seen. Quickly saw a doc once in the room, then had X-rays, then back to room. I did notice a dead roach in the X-ray room near a wall; otherwise the rooms seemed clean. Wonderful experience at GuideWell. Everyone is so compassionate and they act with a sense of urgency from the time you walk in the door. Well staffed and experienced medical staff. So much better than the other urgent care places in the area.
This place is awesome when you’re not feeling well!! In and seen within a very short time and everyone from reception to doctor are so kind!!
