I did not feel well, but this was a great experience. Dr. King and his staff, the front desk people, they were all thorough and pleasant, and covered all bases, and they listened to me. I did everything I was told to do—made my minimum payment on time after being reassured my account wouldn’t be sent to collections. Guess what? They sent it anyway. Now my credit score has dropped 40 points because of their mistake, and all I get is a “maybe we’ll fix it” response. No accountability. No urgency. Just indifference to the fact that their negligence has real consequences on real people’s lives. I had to ask the md to listen to his lungs even though he was there for respiratory. He said steroids would fix everything. He ended up in the hospital.
