Very professional staff. The facility is clean and comfortable. My care was exceptional!
Love this facility and all the providers I have seen. A tip for anyone that visits and has Florida Blue: When checking in and when they ask for your copayment, ask them to check if there is a Value Choice option on their screen. I am lucky enough to be aware of my benefits and know that I have a $0 copay through the Value Choice program that the facility participates in through Florida Blue. Excellent service. Everyone was nice. From the fornt desk. 100% recommended.
The people at GuideWell looked after me very well. They made me feel cared for. They identified issues my other doctors had not identified. I would definitely go there again if needed. Actually, I would like for the doctor who saw me to be my primary care doctor if I lived locally and if he did that.
