First, very clean and everyone I met was polite and professional.... Took a little longer than most Urgent Care but that could be because it was my first time there.. But very impressed 👍😁
I had a very disappointing experience with this ultrasound service. The report I received seemed inaccurate and did not match with other findings, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. It raised serious concerns about the reliability of their results. Additionally, the technician’s experience appeared to be very poor. The procedure was handled roughly and caused significant discomfort and pain during the ultrasound, which is completely unacceptable for a medical setting. Me and my family have used this facility a few times and they were always accommodating understanding and professional. Excellent services.
I have used Guidewell twice with the latest one last week. Both times I received timely and helpful medical care from the same doctor. She was quick, confident and precise with her diagnosis. Overall, I had an excellent patient experience at Guidewell urgent care.
I don’t leave bad reviews but if it helps one person then it serves a point, that’s why I’m leaving this one. I’ll first start with the positives. The receptionist and nurses were GREAT. Wait time was minimal and many tests available on site (at a massive cost though). Dr. Mesri on the other hand…. I am a healthcare professional myself, and I am in shock that doctors can still get away with having this type of bedside manner. Or Lack of it should I say.
