Appreciate the quick service but frustrated with the insurance portion. I asked them to run my benefits before being seen and turns out they provided incorrect information and I am now receiving a second bill for several hundred with emergency -room costs. I am disappointed by the misrepresentation about costs and will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for over a year, and the staff is always kind, caring, and respectful. They treat me and my kids with compassion and never any judgment. The office is always clean, fresh, and welcoming—nothing like other urgent cares I’ve been to that feel crusty and smell bad. This place looks nice, is well-kept, and they even offer water. Every visit has been a positive experience.
