My grandson’s hand was struck by a pitch at a baseball tournament. Since it was Sunday, most places were closed. Guidewell was open and had time slots available for when we arrived. No waiting, x-rays done on site. Ultra clean environment, friendly staff.
THEY'RE THE MOST KINDEST, PROFESSIONAL AND WONDERFUL STAFF THAT I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED, FROM THE WALK-IN, TO TAKING ME BACK, TO TAKING MY VITALS, TO WHEN I HADN'T EATEN BECAUSE I COULDN'T SEE TO COOK ME ANYTHING AND BRINGING ME SOMETHING TO EAT TO THE VERY VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND TAKING THE TIME TO LISTEN TO ME AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY BODY PHYSICIAN. THEY'RE ALL SOOOOO SOOOOO WONDERFUL AND I KNOW THAT HAVE GOD'S HANDS WITH THEM ALLLLL ALLLLL ALONG THE WAY

I almost don’t want to write a review, because then everyone will want to use GuideWell. Fantastic facility, great staff and Dr’s. It was going to my own private ER without the ER costs.
