My experience with guide star was NOT good! They came to the facility where my mother was in memory care and changed up meds and put her on one I NEVER would have approved and a massive dose for her little size. I couldn’t figure out why my mom was a zombie- then I found out luckily , not through them, what her meds were and knew what was going on!
