We ordered two nightstands, and paid for the $100 white glove service. The delivery driver, promptly put a huge scratch on the top of our nightstand with a box cutter, guided by home design would only offer us a 35% discount and the $3000, matching nightstands are ruined. We are in the middle of a major redesign, and there have been issues with other products, but the companies were professional, and promptly replaced them.
