Dr. Monica is the best! She brings so much thoughtfulness and compassion to her sessions and truly meets individuals where they are in their healing journey. I cannot recommend Guided Growth enough!

Dr. Monica is a patient-led therapist that helps you progress towards your personal goals while providing you with many opportunities to learn about yourself/the key players in your life, reflect on your behaviors/decisions, and guides you in moving forward towards a peaceful existence with coping and interpersonal skills that you may have lacked before. I can not recommend her enough!
Dr. Monica’s personalized approach to therapy focuses on meeting individuals where they are most comfortable and facilitating growth from there. She gives her clients room to explore their emotions, process their trauma, and explore new coping strategies. Therapy of any kind is no easy task, but Dr. Monica’s empathy and compassion for her clients makes the journey far less intimidating.
Dr. Freissle-Lewis is a godsend. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She was always very professional and timely. It doesn’t feel like you’re speaking with someone who is just reciting books they were trained with. She is very warm, empathetic, and relatable!
