Guide is amazing. Kara (the owner) literally saved my wedding day hair when I mistakenly wrote down the wrong date in our bridal contract, a 6 can look like a 9 sometimes 🤣. My mistake and they still came through and accommodated my needs. Hands down best salon and customer service. Just great people.
One traumatic experience after another UNTIL I walked in the door and met Jared. I had such bad anxiety from my last hair experience my palms were sweaty. 5 minutes into the conversation I was comfortable. And by then end of it I had to just hug him. Very clean, beautiful salon. With happy, polite, caring, and knowledgeable staff. FINALLY 🖤 thank you for restoring my faith.
Booked with Jared a Cut+Blowdry. He was great! Really listened, gave great advice and I left so happy with my hair. Amazing energy as well.
I don't even know where to begin here...Jared is absolutely, hands down, the best hair experience of my entire life.
