I started with Guidant in 2015. I was very pleased with them for the first 2 years. The service was excellent. They were timely in the processing of the 5500 form for the IRS. When I called with a question they were prompt and provided good advice. Over the past 2 years the service has deteriorated. And the past year has been a nightmare. You call and have to leave a message for someone to call you back. They will call back if you are lucky. This year my 5500 was not filed on time. I called 3 days before it was due... read more
