Horribly unprofessional. Agreed on a price in writing, then after the credit check changed the price higher and wanted a guarantor because of a $250 collections on my credit (I am well beyond qualified for the apartment and had been accepted by other landlords for more rent no issue). I liked the place so I said ok fine, got a guarantor who submitted all his information. After submission...they tried to raise the price a second time, for no reason.
