I started going there approx 4 yrs ago. At first it was very helpfull, had no pro lems getting my meds always had at least 1 refill available, I missed a couple appts because of work. And other health issues going on. Then they started changing Dr's. On me all the time. The 2 best I had were Kasey. And Joseph Tris. And now they have given me some o e named Abdul. Told by 3 doctors, one of which works for the guidance center, that everything could be done over the phone, but the broad who runs the front desk is insistent that they don't and anyone who says otherwise is wrong no matter their position.

If you need real help and therapy, this isn't it. Their counselors are just trained to make sure you aren't gonna hurt yourself or others. They have zero therapeutic training and won't offer any actual therapy. They might give you meds. They refused to bridge my meds when I was out several times when I couldn't make it in, knowing I would have to go cold turkey off of very intense meds.
