After no response to phone messages, Dr Guiang did respond to my email about being out of refills. It was mostly my fault b/c I kept changing which refill I wanted. He squeezed me in the very next day & shared the correct way to use lido patches. He is always friendly & upbeat & wants to treat the person, not just the pain.
