If you’re dealing with significant debt, I wouldn’t recommend settling with this company—file for Chapter 7 instead. It will prevent them from collecting more debt and suing you. My husband was served a month ago and chose to settle and pay off the debt, but shortly after, they purchased another one. THEY THINK THEY CAN SCARE PEOPLE OF BY SENDING SUBPOENA! GREEDY PEOPLE I WILL LET KARMA DEAL WITH YOU. THEY SENT MY MOM A SUBPOENA A 80 YEARS OLD WOMEN ASKING FOR MEDICAL DEBT! MY MOM WAS WILLING TO PAY LITTLE BY LITTLE BUT THEY REFUSED TO HELP MY MOM. AND ALL THEY ONE IS MONEY MONEY !!!
A joke of a company. They didn't answer their phones for over a week when I was trying to settle my account AND they refuse to work with you. They catch an attitude when you tell them you can't afford something. There's still a pandemic going on and they refuse to help you when they get your debt for pennies. Greedy company. Not getting a penny from me now!
