I’m so grateful I chose Carl Guettler to sell my home. Carl specializes in my neighborhood and had lived here for years, so he knew my house, my street, and what buyers here actually pay before he ever walked through the door. Guettler Realty Group was beyond fabulous. We just sold a home in Vierra while living in Michigan. Whatever was needed, Carl had a great recommendation for the perfect contractor to reliably solve the issue in a reasonable time frame. The house sold quickly, and like every real estate transaction, there were a few unusual hiccups. Carl worked diligently on our behalf to resolve all issues and get the house sold. We've worked with many realtors over the years, they could all take a lesson from Carl in customer service. 10 Sta... read more

Carl was a dream to work with. As the Buyer's agent on the transaction, I was treated with respect & courtesy the entire time. He was overly accommodating to mine & my clients requests and his experience shined through the entire process. Thank you for being an agent who other agents want to work with. - Karly Patterson, Realtor

Carl did both and was the most professional and positive realtor we've ever run into. He is an excellent listener, wonderful communicator, expert negotiator, and has phen... read more
