Bed bugs. No apologizes or solutions given by the night staff and had to ask for a new clean room.
Huge rooms but the smallest bathroom i stay at this hotel past 7 years everytime I got to mayo clinic always respected staff and clean rooms keep up the good work
0/10 service. They put us in a “cleaned room”, that was NOT clean and had people still in it. The keys keep shorting out, non of the A/Cs in our teams rooms worked. Staff had ZERO ambition on help and were SNARKY. The overly chlorinated hot tub that burned our eyes was the best of the hotel.. We were due a discount… but yeah.. I won’t hold my breath… AWFUL
I have no complaints.. the room was fine for me..
