We came to Kellogg to buy a truck and stayed here one night and did late check out (5pm instead of 11 am for $20). We were quite happy with it. The bedding is nice and everything was very clean. The room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from the Silver Mountain Resort where you can take the longest gondola ride up to the ski runs and restaurant. We only took the ride and didn't ski but it was ... read more

From the moment we entered, Kyle, the night manager, was friendly, personable, very professional and made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, neat, and well equipped even with hot coffee in the lobby. In the morning we went to the lobby for coffee and were cheerfully greeted by Vicci Sorensen, Regional Director of Sales, and Alisha, the day person at the desk. They were both so nice , inquiring about our stay, wanting to make sure we were satisfied with every thing. We will surely stay here again on our next trip to the ... read more

Very nice stay. Good variety for breakfast. Very clean. Sheets were too worn and the sink was chipped, but those were the only two negatives I can list. Reasonable rates. Off season so we were almost alone in the hotel, which I loved. Plenty of truck parking, indoor pool and hot tub. Guest laundry on both floors. Exercise room. Post office and small restaurant nearby. Will stay again.

There were four people in our group. We did not have a reservation for the night due to we thought we would travel farther that day. We stopped to find out if rooms were available. We thought it looked really expensive. This is a ski resort. Much to our surprise it was only $104 for the night! Must be an off season rate. Great free breakfast. Swimming pool. Beautiful scenery around the hotel. I would have liked to have more time to ride bikes on the hike and bike trail. There is a bike rental shop nearby.

Staff were very friendly and we were upgraded to a junior suite. We really enjoyed having the extra space. However, we wished that there was an actual door between the bedroom and the living room. That would have allowed one person to stay up and watch tv without disturbing the other. The 'bedroom' area was baren - nothing on the walls, no windows, just two beds. However, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having a frig , microwave and coffee pot.. The breakfast was low end but at least it was nice to get some coffee and ... read more

Free coffee refills and budget rates make this motel tops with highway travelers. – In Short The first Super 8 opened in Aberdeen, S.D., in 1974, charging $8.88 a night. Today, the national franchise, with its familiar red-and-yellow sign, still stands for dependable rooms at wallet-friendly prices. A staple for road-tripping families, truck drivers and tour groups, the motel offers complimentary morning coffee and continental breakfasts. Another perk for travelers: Super 8 travel cups may be refilled for free at any of the ... read more
