A friend stayed here and since she works nights she requested and received confirmation she could have a late check out at noon, however, housekeeping was banging at her door before 11:30 and shortly after that, she received a call from the front desk telling her it was checkout time. Rude and unprofessional

I’d give it a 0 if I could. Booked online weeks in advance, with a confirmation email, only to be told they were “overbooked” and there wasn’t a room available. Didn’t call to inform us and found out as we went to check into the hotel the day of the booking. AVOID.

Bathroom mirror had splatter, bathtub had hair, bed had some hair. Refrigerator froze all our stuff, even with thermostat on 1. When I asked if we could get a replacement refrigerator, they said they would just have to put us into another room. So we had to move all our stuff to another room. The second room had a giant wet spot down at the foot of the bed under the blankets like someone had spilled water on the bed the night before.
