Very, very rude housekeeping. Wouldn’t even let me sit on the stairs. Came into my room after I specifically said I was okay and didn’t need service (it was my first day there). Housekeeping does NOT do their job properly. Rooms are dirty. Sheets were dirty. Floor and bathroom were disgusting. Refrigerator was broken. Don’t stay here please.
housekeeping lady informed me today when they (customers) are stay overs they come every other day... NO breakfast is being served at this location even though other places and websites have it noted that they serve breakfast...housekeeping staff is sweet and genuine overall will stay again...
Rooms have roaches, the key pad doesn't work properly, the microwave didnt work, front desk guy wouldn't change my room or give me a refund
A/c wasn’t working in 204 was moved to 223 and had bed bugs refuses to give me a refund
