Room was fine, bathroom was small, sink outside of it. Good water pressure on shower. View from room was the parking lot at eye level and the highway so didn’t want to open curtains. Breakfast was bleak, didn’t want to eat it. Does have laundry and a hot tub but didn’t use personally.
The list of what they offer doesn't match what is absent. No coffee maker, iron or bathroom fan.
I recently stayed one-night here. All went well until I went to get my food from the refrigerator in room 125. It wasn't working at all and my food went bad. Things happen, but the front desk response was horrible. They told me they'd contact a manager and help me with the issue. The next day upon calling I was told there was no manager. The third day upon calling, the same front desk person that I reported the issue to told me that the refrigerator was not broken -- basically implying that I made it up my food spoiling and ... read more
More than one occasion i found BEDBUGS. when i brought it to the manager she had me put on the do not rent list.(slumlords) make me question how they are still in business after lodging here and having the maintenance drilling a headboard for 4 and a half hours to install a tv.
