I used Guestable to help me host for my Airbnb. The service was not good for the amount you pay in service fees. They would never follow up with me when I’d ask and the around constantly tell me that I’d be getting a higher nightly rate than what I was actually given. they made a lot of money off cleaning fees and would not properly clean the unit. Great cozy place for a weekend getaway. Nice big yard for our doggos, and some great restaurants nearby. Stephanie is also a great host, she made sure we had everything we needed, and was ready to help at any time =)

Lovely experience from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, and the location was perfect for getting around the city. Communication was excellent. Would happily stay again!!!
