"I purchased a home in Florida in July 2024 as a short-term rental property and inherited Guestable as the management company. From the start, the experience was extremely disappointing — both for me as the owner and, unfortunately, for the guests. The property developed a rodent issue, which is highly unusual in Florida, and the company consistently overcharged when dealing with vendors. Amazing condo in the heart of downtown Toronto. Great views of the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Clean and neat unit. Owner is an excellent communicator and very responsive. I will book again in my next trip to Toronto!!
Wonderful host. It was pleasure to stay there. The location of the apartment is close to many of the sights in the downtown. We went mostly by foot. There are many plases to have lunch and dinner nearby.
